House cleaning in Plano

Plano shares a border with Frisco, which makes it the easiest city on this list to serve and the one where our schedule bends most readily.

It is also the most established. Where much of our Frisco work is in homes built this century, a lot of what we do in Plano is in properties with decades behind them — and that changes the first visit considerably.

Older homes ask different questions

A home that has been lived in for twenty or thirty years has accumulation a newer one simply has not had time to build. Grout that has taken on color, sealed and resealed surfaces, original fixtures around tubs and sinks, and the particular kind of build-up that settles into the corners of a kitchen over a very long run of dinners.

None of that is a problem, but it does mean the honest answer to "how long will it take" is longer on a first visit here than it would be on a comparable newer property. It also means the first visit is more often a deep clean than a standard one, and we would rather tell you that when you call than discover it together on the day.

The flip side is that established homes hold a standard well once it is set. Plano is where recurring plans do their best work, because the baseline stops slipping between visits.

What we can honestly promise about damage

The one conversation that comes up more in older housing than anywhere else: not everything that looks dirty is dirt.

A twenty-year-old bathroom often has grout that has taken on color permanently, stone that has been etched by an acidic cleaner, plating worn off a faucet, glass scratched by a squeegee blade, and a burn mark on a countertop. None of that is soil. No cleaning visit removes any of it, and a company implying otherwise is arranging its own disappointment.

When we find that in a Plano home, we say which is which. It is a less impressive sales pitch and a considerably better first visit.

What comes up here

What people in this city actually book

Not a list of everything we offer — these are the ones that genuinely come up most often, and why.

Recurring Cleaning

The common request here, and the one established homes suit best — once the baseline is set it holds between visits.

What it covers

Deep Cleaning

Usually the right first visit in a home with years behind it, before any schedule starts.

What it covers

Move-Out Cleaning

Plano turns over steadily, and a hand-back in an older property has more fixtures and more detail to work than a newer one.

What it covers

Every service we run is available here. Compare all seven if you are not sure which one your home needs — and if a smaller one will do the job, we will tell you.

Scheduling

Getting a visit booked

The honest version, because routing is what actually decides which days we can offer.

Plano borders Frisco, so it runs on the same day’s routing as our southern Frisco work. Practically, it is the nearest thing to Frisco availability without being Frisco.

Common questions

What Plano asks

Everything else we get asked

Do you cover all of Plano?

We cover the Plano side of the Frisco line comfortably and reliably. Further south into Plano gets further from our routes, and rather than claim the whole city we would rather you tell us the address — we will give you a straight answer about whether we can service it properly on a schedule.

Our house is older. Is that a problem?

Not at all, but it changes what the first visit should be. Homes with decades behind them usually want a deep clean before any recurring schedule starts, because a standard visit works surfaces rather than accumulation. After that, a recurring plan holds it.

Can you get grout back to white?

Sometimes, and sometimes not. Grout that is soiled cleans up; grout that has taken on color over years is stained rather than dirty, and cleaning does not reverse that. We will tell you which one you have got rather than charging you to find out.

Do you charge extra for being outside Frisco?

No. Pricing follows the home — size, condition and scope. Being in Plano affects which days we can offer, not what the visit costs.

We are a Frisco company that covers Plano

Not a Plano branch, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our teams run out of Frisco, which is exactly why our covered area is short — a schedule we cannot service every week is worse than one we decline. If your address sits at the edge of it, ask and we will give you a straight answer.
