Reach your schedule through the office

Online accounts are being connected. Until they are, the office handles the same requests directly: moving a visit, pausing a plan, changing entry details, adding a room, or checking what a past clean was billed at. Give the address the work is booked under and it can be settled in one conversation.

Not a customer yet? Book a first cleaning and an account is set up for you afterwards.

What is in there

What the account area covers

Four things, and they are the four that change between one cleaning and the next.

Your upcoming visits

The date and window for the next clean, and the ones after it if you are on a recurring plan. Rescheduling from here beats a phone call for anything more than a day or two out.

Entry and access details

The code, the lockbox, the gate, the dog, the parking. This is the detail that most often goes stale between visits, and the one that costs a whole appointment when it does.

What you were charged

Past invoices, what each one covered, and the add-ons attached to a visit. Useful when a landlord or a buyer wants the move-out clean itemized.

Your plan and your card

Frequency, pause dates and the payment method on file. Pausing for a vacation holds your slot rather than releasing it back to the schedule.

If it will not let you in

Four things to check before you call

In that order. The first two account for most of it.
  1. Use the email on the booking

Accounts are keyed to the address the first cleaning was booked under. If a partner arranged that visit, it is probably theirs rather than yours.

  2. A reset link that never arrived

Check the spam folder, and search for the sender rather than the subject line. Links expire, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an older message.

  3. You booked by phone or text

Plenty of our customers have never opened this page. If the whole arrangement was settled in a call, there may be no password set on the account yet — and the office can do any of this for you in the same call. Setting a password takes a minute.

  4. Still stuck

Give us the service address rather than the account email. The address is what the schedule is organized around, and it is the fastest way for us to find you.
