Those are what an inspection checks and what a new occupant opens on the first day, and they are only reachable while the property is empty.

Newer developments, and what that means for a first visit
A good deal of Little Elm is recently built, which usually makes a first visit shorter than the equivalent in older housing. Less accumulation in grout, fewer worn finishes, and appliances that have not had years of use baked into them.

If nobody has done a proper handover clean, it is worth doing once before you fill the place.
How far in advance should we book?
Further ahead than for Frisco. Little Elm is a real leg out past Eldorado rather than a short hop, so short-notice slots are harder here. For anything tied to a moving date, book as soon as the date is fixed.
