Method
A good clean is mostly discipline
- Top-down, always
- High surfaces before low ones, dry work before wet work, floors last. Reversing that order just moves dust from the shelf to the floor you already cleaned.
- Edges count
- Floor perimeters, the corner behind the door, the toilet base, the strip of counter behind the coffee maker. The middle of a room is the easy part.
- Clean cloths, separated
- Cloths are color-separated by area and swapped as they load up. Nothing that has been round a bathroom goes near a kitchen counter.
- We tell you the truth
- Etched stone, worn grout, scratched glass and heat damage will not clean out. We would rather tell you what is damage and what is dirt than leave you wondering.

Every visit finishes with a walk-through, and that is the best moment to flag anything missed. If you only notice later, you have 24 hours to get in touch — we will come back and put the affected area right. No argument, no invoice for the return visit.
