This site is operated by Hygiene Maids of Frisco, an independent residential cleaning company based in Frisco, TX. Where this policy says “we”, it means Hygiene Maids of Frisco.

Information you give us

If you send a quote or contact request through this site, we collect what you put into that form: your name, the contact details you choose to give, the service you are interested in, the city or neighborhood of the property, and whatever you tell us about the home.

That information goes into our booking and scheduling records so we can quote for the work and arrange the visit.

Information collected automatically

Like almost any website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These records exist for security and reliability, not for building a profile of you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. Google runs it, and on an ordinary page of this site it is the only script loaded from anywhere other than here.

It records which pages you open, how you arrived — a search result, a link somewhere else, or typing the address in — roughly what device and browser you are using, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. That location is a city, not a street. It also records when someone taps one of the buttons this business runs on: call, text, book a cleaning, sign in, email, and sending the quote form.

What it does not receive is anything you type. The name, address, phone number and notes you put into the quote form go into our own booking records and are never passed to Google.

Two cookies make the counting work, named _ga and one beginning _ga_. Each holds a random identifier and nothing else, so a second visit is counted as the same person returning rather than as a new one. They are set by this website rather than by an advertising network.

Google’s advertising features are switched off in the tag itself, not left to a setting in an account somewhere. That means no advertising profile is built from your visit, nothing here follows you to another website, and this analytics data is not used to target ads at you anywhere. There is no consent banner because measuring how many people read a page is not the thing consent banners exist for. If we ever turn those features on, this policy will be updated before the change goes live and any consent legally required will be asked for first.

You can opt out entirely. Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Analytics on every site that uses it, and any browser setting or extension that blocks third-party scripts will stop it here. Nothing on this site depends on it: the pages, the forms and the phone number all work identically with it blocked.

How your information is used

• To keep records of the bookings and communications associated with your address.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.
• To see which pages are read and which are ignored, so the site gets more useful instead of just longer.

Who your information is shared with

Your details are accessible to Hygiene Maids of Frisco staff who need them to quote, schedule or deliver your service. They are also handled by the service providers that host this website and provide our email, scheduling and payment systems, strictly to provide those services to us.

Google is a recipient of the analytics data described above, on its own infrastructure and under its own terms. That is page addresses, referrers, device types and approximate locations. It is not your name, your address, your phone number or anything else you have sent us.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to services actually delivered are kept for as long as needed to run the business and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

This site is aimed at adults arranging cleaning for their own home. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
