If you are not sure after reading it, describe the home and we will tell you. Including when the cheaper option is the right one.

ServiceWhat it coversChoose it when
Standard House CleaningA full surface-level pass through kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.Your home is broadly in good shape and you want it reset properly, room by room.
Deep CleaningDetail work on the build-up a routine visit is not designed to reach. It has been a while, you are starting fresh, or the home has never had a proper detail clean.
Recurring CleaningA steady weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule with a consistent standard. You want the home handled on an ongoing basis, not rescued once.
Move-In CleaningA full clean of an empty home before your belongings go in.You have the keys but the furniture is not in yet.
Move-Out CleaningA hand-back clean of an emptied property, aimed at the walk-through.You are handing keys back and someone else will inspect the result.
Apartment CleaningCleaning built around smaller floor plans, shared buildings and tighter storage. You are in an apartment, condo or townhome rather than a detached house.
Post-Construction CleaningFine-dust removal and residue clearance after a build or renovation.A build, remodel or renovation has finished and the dust is still everywhere.
One-Time CleaningA single visit, booked once, with no recurring schedule to cancel afterwards. You want the house sorted for a specific occasion rather than kept that way.
Weekly House CleaningVisits every seven days, with a standing 20% off, for homes where the kitchen and bathrooms move fastest.Your bathrooms and kitchen look lived-in again within a few days of being cleaned.
Biweekly House CleaningA visit every fourteen days with 15% off, which is where most maintained homes settle.Your home holds up for about a week and a half before it starts to show.
Monthly House CleaningOne visit a month at 10% off, for households that maintain the home themselves in between. You clean as you go and want the scrubbing handled rather than the tidying.
Condo CleaningOwner-occupied units where building access shapes the visit as much as the rooms do.You own a unit in a managed building with a front desk, an elevator or a dock.
Townhome CleaningMulti-story units where the staircase carries the traffic and most of the work. You live over two or three floors with a garage or entry at the bottom.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental CleaningBetween-guest turnovers, restaged to the listing and finished before check-in.You host short-term guests and need the property guest-ready on a clock.
Rental Property CleaningBetween-tenant make-readies for landlords and managers, timed against re-letting.You are turning a unit around between tenants and need it ready to show.
Remodel & Renovation CleanupPost-renovation cleaning in a house still being lived in, not an empty site.A room or two has been worked on and the dust has spread through the house.

The decision most people face

Standard or deep?

Nine times out of ten this is the only question that matters. Here is the honest version of the difference.

Standard House Cleaning

A standard clean is the workhorse visit: the one that resets the rooms your household actually lives in. Our team works through the kitchen, every bathroom, the bedrooms and the shared living space in a fixed order, so nothing gets skipped because it happened to be out of sight when the work started.

Right when the home is broadly maintained and you want it reset — it holds a standard rather than establishing one.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is not a longer standard clean. It is a different job. A standard visit keeps clean surfaces clean; a deep clean goes after what has settled into grout lines, window tracks, appliance seals, baseboards and the top edge of every door. That is the build-up that accumulates quietly and then, one day, is all you can see.

Right when nobody has done the detail work recently — it establishes the standard that later visits maintain.

Choosing a service

Still deciding?

The questions that come up most when people are working out what to book.
Ask us directly

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean covers the surfaces you use daily — counters, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds. A deep clean adds the fixed detail behind all of that: grout, window tracks, baseboards, door frames, vent covers, appliance interiors and hard-water build-up. If nobody has done that detail work recently, start with a deep clean.

Which service should a first-time customer book?

If the home has been cleaned regularly, standard is fine. If it has not, a deep clean is the right first visit — it sets a baseline that later standard or recurring visits can hold. We would rather tell you that up front than under-deliver on a first booking.

Can I combine services?

Yes, and it is common. A deep clean followed by a bi-weekly recurring plan is the most frequent pairing. Move-out cleaning at the old address and move-in cleaning at the new one is another. Mention both when you get in touch and we will schedule them together.

Do you offer one-off cleans as well as recurring plans?

Yes. Every service on this page can be booked as a single visit. Recurring is simply a schedule applied to the standard clean, and you can start or stop it whenever you like.

How do you decide what a clean costs?

Pricing depends on which service you need, the size of the home, how many bathrooms it has and the condition it is in. That is why we ask about the property instead of publishing one number — you will have the figure confirmed before anything is booked.
