A single visit

One-Time Cleaning in Frisco, TX

Some homes do not need a plan. They need one good afternoon before the in-laws land, or after two weeks of illness has left the place feeling stale, or because the season turned and the house has not been properly aired since. A one-time clean is that visit, with nothing attached to it. No schedule to cancel later, and no commitment beyond the day itself.

Why people book one

Four occasions, four different visits

A single clean is shaped by the reason for it. Telling us the occasion changes where the hours go, and it is the difference between a good visit and a merely thorough one.
Before people come to stay
The most common one by a wide margin. What matters here is the rooms a guest sees and sleeps in, and the bathroom they will use, which is rarely the one the household uses most.
After illness has been through
Bedding, bathrooms and the surfaces everyone touched while nobody felt like cleaning. This is a visit with a clear priority order, and it is not the one a normal clean would follow.
The seasonal reset
Windows have been shut since November, the vents have been running, and the house feels closed. Dusting, glass and floors matter more here than anything in the kitchen.
Trying a service once
A perfectly good reason, and the one we would recommend to anyone unsure. One visit tells you more about whether an arrangement suits you than any amount of conversation beforehand.

What is included

What a single visit covers

The full standard scope, weighted toward whichever rooms you have told us matter for the day you have in mind.

What we settle before the day

  • Which rooms matter most, in your order rather than ours
  • Whether anything is off-limits — a home office mid-project, a nursery at nap time
  • Whether the home is broadly maintained or genuinely behind
  • How long you want the team in the house

The rooms that get the hours

  • Kitchen and bathrooms first, because they carry the most visible return
  • Whichever living space your guests will actually sit in
  • Bedrooms in use, rather than every bedroom in the house
  • Entry, hallway and stairs, which everyone walks and nobody notices until they are clean

Where the time does not go

  • Rooms you have told us are closed for the visit
  • Inside cabinets, closets and drawers unless you ask
  • Deep-clean tasks that would eat the visit — inside the oven, blinds slat by slat
  • Organizing or rehoming your belongings, which is a different job

How it runs

How a one-off gets booked

Three short steps, and the third is the one that stops people being disappointed.
  1. 01

Tell us the occasion, not just the address

A clean before a dinner party and a clean after a bad flu week want different things from the same hours. Knowing which one it is changes where the team starts.

  2. 02

We rank the rooms with you

One visit has a fixed number of hours in it. Four rooms done properly beat seven done thinly, and we would rather agree which four with you than pick them ourselves halfway through the afternoon.

  3. 03

You get an honest answer about scope

If what you have described is really a deep clean, we say so before you book rather than after we arrive. Booking a standard visit for a home that has not been cleaned since spring is the most common way people end up disappointed by a service that did exactly what was asked.

Who it is for

Who books a single clean

Households with a date in mind rather than a standard to maintain.
  • The week before people come to stay
  • After an illness has run through the household
  • A seasonal reset when the windows have been shut for months
  • Anyone who wants to try us once before committing to anything

Questions

One-time cleaning questions

All frequently asked questions

Is a one-time clean the same as a deep clean?

No, and the difference matters. A one-time clean describes how often we come: once. A deep clean describes how far we go. You can book a deep clean as a one-off, and most people booking their first visit on a home that is behind should. If the house is broadly maintained, a one-off standard visit is the right call.

Will you try to talk me into a schedule?

No. Plenty of the one-off visits we run are for people who clean their own homes perfectly well and wanted a hand before an event. If a schedule would genuinely suit you we will say so once, and then leave it.

How far ahead should I book?

For a fixed date, whether that is a party, a visit or a photographer, give us a week or two if you can. Fridays and the days before a holiday fill first. If your date has any flexibility at all, tell us the range rather than the single day and it is usually easy to place.

Can I book one visit now and decide about more later?

Yes, and that is the sensible order. You will know more about whether the arrangement suits you after one visit than any amount of conversation beforehand. Nothing rolls over on its own.
