A city split across Collin County and Denton County, and one that has been building for two decades — which means the homes here are not one thing. A five-year-old house north of Eldorado, a townhome near Frisco Square and an established property off Preston Road all need a different visit.

That is the practical reason for basing the business here rather than covering Frisco from somewhere else: the team already knows what it is walking into.

Five neighboring towns sit close enough to fit into the same day's routing. Each one is here because we genuinely work it, not because it makes a useful search term.

    Directly south-west, along the lake side of the Tollway.

    A short run off our usual routes, so The Colony slots into the same day’s schedule without stretching it.

    North-west, past Eldorado Parkway.

    Lakeside neighborhoods and newer developments where move-in and recurring work are the usual reasons people call.

    Immediately north, along the Preston Road corridor.

    Larger homes and newer builds mean deep cleans and post-construction work come up more often here.

At the edge — ask us

  • Lewisville

    South-west, past The Colony. Reachable, but it sits at the outer edge of our routing — availability depends on the week.

  • Carrollton

    South-west of Frisco, below The Colony. The northern parts of Carrollton are workable when the schedule allows. Ask and we will tell you honestly.

Further out than that and we will say no. It is not a good use of your money to pay for a team that spends the morning driving, and it is not a schedule we can keep.
