Recurring Cleaning
The largest part of what we do here. Frisco households on a schedule are the backbone of the week, and it is the service that benefits most from a base in the same city.

Our home city
Frisco is not a city we cover. It is where we are, which changes what we can offer here more than any amount of marketing copy would suggest.
It means the widest availability, the shortest gap between calling and a visit, and the only part of our territory where a same-week slot is usually a question of preference rather than routing.

Our base. Every route we run starts and ends here.Collin County and Denton County
Frisco grew north and west in waves, and the housing stock reflects it. Established neighborhoods around Stonebriar and Starwood sit a few minutes from developments that were fields inside the last decade, and the cleaning those two ask for is genuinely different.
An established home tends to need a deep clean first, because a decade of ordinary living leaves accumulation in grout, on baseboards, around vents and inside appliances. A newer build in Phillips Creek Ranch or Hollyhock more often needs the opposite: construction residue cleared once, then a schedule that stops it building up in the first place.
We do not price by neighborhood and we would be suspicious of anyone who did. But knowing which of those two conversations we are likely to be having before we arrive is part of why the first visit tends to go well.
Three things, and none of them are about proximity for its own sake.
Availability is the obvious one. Frisco takes the largest share of our week, so there is more room to move when you need a specific day or a change at short notice.
The second is that our teams already know the city. Which roads are impossible at three in the afternoon. How the gate systems work in the communities that have them. Where parking is genuinely a problem rather than an inconvenience. It sounds trivial and it is the difference between a visit starting on time and starting twenty minutes late.
The third is that if something needs putting right, we are not scheduling a return trip across the county to do it.
What comes up here
The largest part of what we do here. Frisco households on a schedule are the backbone of the week, and it is the service that benefits most from a base in the same city.
What it coversUsually the first visit in an established home, and the one that sets the baseline everything after it maintains.
What it coversFrisco keeps building. Newly finished homes and completed remodels come up more here than anywhere else we cover.
What it coversEvery service we run is available here. Compare all seven if you are not sure which one your home needs — and if a smaller one will do the job, we will tell you.
Scheduling
Frisco gets the widest availability in our week, including the short-notice slots that are harder to promise further out. If you want a specific day, it is the one place we can usually accommodate it without a conversation about routing.
