Tell us about your home

The fastest way to get a useful answer is to describe the property. Size, bathrooms and condition are enough for us to tell you which service fits and what it involves.

If a smaller or cheaper service will do the job, we will say so.

After you get in touch

What happens next

No pressure and no callback loop. The aim is an accurate answer in as few exchanges as possible.
  1. 01

We read what you sent and ask only what is missing

If your message covers the bedrooms, bathrooms and rough condition, we can usually quote from that alone. Where something material is unclear — natural stone surfaces, a property that has stood empty, a fixed deadline — we ask about that specifically rather than sending a generic questionnaire back.

  2. 02

You get a service recommendation, in writing

Which service actually fits, and why. If a standard clean will do the job we say so rather than quoting the larger one. If the home genuinely needs a deep clean first, we explain what makes the difference, so the recommendation is something you can check rather than something you have to take on trust.

  3. 03

Scope and price are confirmed before a date is held

Nothing is scheduled and nothing is charged until you have both. Any additions you have asked for — inside the oven, interior windows, a garage sweep — appear in that confirmation with the time allowed for them, so nothing is renegotiated on the doorstep.

  4. 04

Access is arranged and confirmed back to you

A code, a key, a lockbox, or someone home. For gated communities and apartment buildings that includes entry details and where a vehicle can sit. It goes in writing before the visit rather than being sorted out by phone from the parking lot on the day.

Getting to an answer faster

Depending on why you are writing

Most messages fall into one of these, and each has a slightly different fastest route.
A new quote
Lead with bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, and mention any date you are working towards. That is normally enough for a figure without a second round of questions.
A booking you already have
Include the address and the scheduled date so it can be found immediately. Changes, pauses and access updates are all straightforward — the earlier we know, the more easily the slot is re-used.
Something was not right
Be specific about which room and what was missed, and raise it inside the guarantee window. We arrange to come back and put the affected area right at no extra cost.
A move or a closing date
Send both dates — the day the property will be empty, and the day of the inspection or handover. Those visits cannot slip, so they are scheduled backwards from the deadline rather than forwards from today.
Working out what you need
Describe the home and say you are undecided. That is a normal way to start, and a better use of a first message than guessing at a service name and being quoted for the wrong one.
An address outside our area
We cover Frisco and the communities immediately around it. If your address falls outside that, we will say so right away rather than leaving you waiting on a quote that is not coming.

Messages are handled during working hours — Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Anything arriving outside them is picked up the next working day.
