1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Hygiene Maids of Frisco, an independent residential cleaning company based in Frisco, TX, at 2600 N Dallas Parkway, Ste 370, Frisco, TX 75034.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a quote or a booking. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, extract data by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine crawling, or submit false or fraudulent requests.

3. Information on this site is descriptive, not a quote

Service descriptions, checklists and process explanations on this site describe how we generally work. They are not a fixed contractual scope and they are not an offer at a particular price. The binding scope of any job is the one confirmed to you in writing when the booking is made.

4. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us about the property — size, number of bathrooms, service required and condition. If the property differs materially from that description when we arrive, we will contact you before proceeding rather than unilaterally changing the price or silently reducing the scope.

5. Booking, changes and cancellation

A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and communicated the date, the service and the price. You may reschedule or cancel; please tell us as early as you reasonably can so the slot can be re-used. Any cancellation or late-notice terms that apply to your specific booking will be stated with your quote.

We may need to reschedule for reasons outside our control — severe weather, illness, vehicle failure or a safety issue at the property. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we know and offer the earliest alternative.

Visits are scheduled within our operating hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

6. Access to the property

You are responsible for arranging access, and for making sure that arrangement is accurate — codes, keys, lockboxes, gates, building entry and parking. If our team cannot get in at the scheduled time, the visit may not be able to go ahead, and a charge may apply as set out in your booking terms.

Please tell us in advance about anything that affects safety or access: pets, alarm systems, building rules, ongoing construction work, or areas we should not enter.

7. What is not included

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include: moving heavy furniture or appliances; work at height beyond a standard step stool; carpet shampooing or steam extraction; pest control; mold remediation; repairs, painting or maintenance; removal of construction waste or bulk trash; exterior, roof or window-exterior work; or handling biohazardous material.

8. Condition of the property and existing damage

Cleaning removes soil. It does not reverse damage. Etched or acid-marked stone, worn or permanently discolored grout, scratched glass, heat damage, failing sealant, worn finishes and pre-existing marks may remain visible after a thorough clean. Where we identify something as damage rather than dirt, we will tell you.

Please secure or remove items that are fragile, valuable, irreplaceable or of sentimental importance before a visit, and tell us about any surface that requires specific handling or a specific product.

9. Satisfaction guarantee

Every visit ends with a walk-through, which is the best moment to raise anything that has been missed. If you identify a problem afterwards, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning the areas within the agreed scope of that visit; it is not a refund guarantee, and it does not extend to work that was not part of the booking.

10. Insurance and personnel

Hygiene Maids of Frisco is insured and bonded, and cleaners are background-checked before they work in a client home. Evidence of cover can be provided on request. Our cleaners work to a defined scope and are not authorised to agree changes to the price or the terms of a booking on site.

11. Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods and any deposit requirements are confirmed with your quote. Card details are never stored by this website. Where a card is entered while booking, it is handled by our payment processor through our booking system.

12. Service area

We serve Frisco, TX and nearby communities including The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper, Plano, Allen. Lewisville and Carrollton sit at the edge of our routing and are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel a booking outside our service area. See the service area page for detail.

13. Liability

We take reasonable care in your home. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Intellectual property

The content, photography, design and branding on this site belong to Hygiene Maids of Frisco and may not be copied or reused without permission.

15. Privacy

Information you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page. Changes do not alter the terms confirmed with a booking already accepted.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
