Post-Construction Cleaning
Prosper builds more than anywhere else we cover, so handover cleans on newly finished homes are a regular part of the week here.

Nearby coverage
Prosper sits directly north of us along Preston, and it is the part of our territory where the homes are consistently largest.
That is the single fact that shapes everything else about working here: the time a visit takes, the size of the team we send, and which services come up most.

A larger home is not a longer version of a smaller one. Past a certain size, a single cleaner working alone stops being viable. Not because of stamina, but because the route stops making sense. Carrying equipment up and down between floors, working around a footprint that takes a minute to cross, and keeping a consistent standard across rooms that are out of sight of each other are all problems that a properly sized team solves and a lone cleaner cannot.
It also changes what a realistic frequency looks like. A large home cleaned monthly is a large deep clean every month: expensive, and slightly miserable for everyone involved. The same home on a shorter cycle is a shorter visit each time and usually less in total.
When we quote in Prosper the first question is square footage and the second is how many people and animals are actually generating the work. Those two decide the answer. Neither is visible from a ZIP code.
Prosper keeps building. Construction dust does not behave like household dust. It is finer, it travels further, and it keeps settling for days after the last trade has gone. That is why a newly finished home cleaned once still looks dusty a week later.
A proper post-construction clean is not a deep clean with more effort in it. It runs in a strict sequence: debris and residue first, then fine dust worked top-down, then rooms, then floors last. On a house of any size it also budgets for a second pass over the high surfaces once the place has been left to settle.
If you have just taken handover of a new build here, that is the visit to book, and the timing matters more than the effort. Booking it before the last snagging is done means paying to clean the same surfaces twice.
What comes up here
Prosper builds more than anywhere else we cover, so handover cleans on newly finished homes are a regular part of the week here.
What it coversThe right first visit on a large home, and the one that makes a sensible recurring frequency possible afterwards.
What it coversLarger homes benefit most from a shorter cycle: less time per visit, and the standard never has far to climb back.
What it coversEvery service we run is available here. Compare all seven if you are not sure which one your home needs — and if a smaller one will do the job, we will tell you.
Scheduling
Prosper runs north from Frisco on the Preston corridor, which keeps it on the same routing as our northern Frisco work. Larger homes take longer, so a Prosper visit usually anchors a day rather than slotting between two others. Worth knowing if you want a specific time rather than a specific day.

Nearby
Not a Prosper branch, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our teams run out of Frisco, which is exactly why our covered area is short — a schedule we cannot service every week is worse than one we decline. If your address sits at the edge of it, ask and we will give you a straight answer.

Tell us the size of the home, how many bathrooms and what state it is in. We will confirm the right service and a time that works — before anything is scheduled.
