The reset visit

Deep Cleaning in Frisco, TX

Deep cleaning is not a longer standard clean. It is a different job. A standard visit keeps clean surfaces clean; a deep clean goes after what has settled into grout lines, window tracks, appliance seals, baseboards and the top edge of every door. That is the build-up that accumulates quietly and then, one day, is all you can see.

Why it needs a different visit

Build-up does not live where you clean

A home can be tidy, wiped daily, and still be carrying months of build-up — because the places it collects are not the places a routine clean goes.
See what a standard clean covers instead
Grout and tile
Grout is porous. It absorbs soap, minerals and cooking residue, then discolors from the inside out. Wiping it does nothing; it has to be worked.
Hard water
North Texas water leaves mineral deposits on glass, chrome and tile. Left alone it hazes shower screens and dulls fixtures permanently.
Kitchen grease
Cooking vapour lands on cabinet fronts above and beside the range, then collects dust. It reads as “sticky” long before it reads as dirty.
Edges and tracks
Window tracks, door frames, baseboards and the top edge of doors collect dust that a vacuum and a mop never reach.
Behind and under
The floor under a movable sofa, the counter behind the toaster, the gap beside the refrigerator. Out of sight, and out of a standard visit.

What is included

Everything a deep clean covers

A standard clean sits inside this list. The rest is the detail work that makes a deep clean worth booking.

Everything in a standard clean, plus

  • Baseboards, door frames, doors and light switch plates hand-wiped
  • Window sills, interior sill tracks and reachable interior glass
  • Vent covers and return grilles dusted
  • Behind and beneath movable furniture where it can be safely shifted

Kitchen detail

  • Inside the microwave, and inside the refrigerator or oven on request
  • Cabinet fronts degreased rather than wiped, including the grease shadow above the range
  • Backsplash grout worked, sink drain and fixture bases descaled
  • Small appliance exteriors and the counter underneath them

Bathroom detail

  • Tile and grout scrubbed rather than rinsed
  • Hard-water and soap-scum removal on glass, chrome and tile
  • Shower tracks, drains, hinges and door seals
  • Toilet base, bolts, hinges and the wall behind the fixture

What it looks like

A bedroom that had got away from the household

The same room, same camera position, one deep clean apart. Floors cleared and vacuumed, the bed stripped and made, and every surface underneath it worked.

Nothing here was replaced or restyled, and nothing was retouched. Bedrooms are where build-up hides in plain sight — under the bed, along the baseboards and on top of everything nobody looks at.

How we document results
A bedroom before a deep clean, with laundry across the carpet, shoes under the bed and the bedding unmade
The same bedroom after a deep clean, with clear vacuumed carpet, a made bed and dusted surfaces

How it runs

How a deep clean is run

Sequence matters more here than anywhere else. Doing the detail after the surface pass means cleaning the same room twice.
  1. 01

We look at the home first

Deep cleans vary enormously by condition. We ask what the home is like now and what is bothering you most, so the visit is scoped around the actual problem rather than a generic list.

  2. 02

    Detail before surface

The team works the fixed detail first: grout, tracks, frames, vents, edges. Only then does the surface pass happen, so nothing gets dirtied twice.

  3. 03

    We show you the difference

On the walk-through we point out the areas that took the work. Some marks are permanent damage rather than dirt, and it is fairer to tell you that than to quietly leave it.

Worth asking for while we are there

  • Inside the oven
  • Inside the refrigerator and freezer
  • Interior windows beyond the reachable ground floor
  • Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers
  • Garage floor sweep and shelving wipe-down

Each of these adds time to the visit, so mention them when you book rather than on the day.

What a deep clean will not fix

  • Grout that has been permanently discolored
  • Etched or acid-damaged natural stone
  • Scratched glass and worn finishes
  • Heat damage on counters and cooktops
  • Mold behind sealed surfaces, which is a repair job

We will tell you which of these we find, and what is realistically achievable, rather than quietly leaving it.

Who it is for

When a deep clean is the right call

These are the situations where starting with a standard visit tends to disappoint.
  • A first visit after months without professional cleaning
  • Spring resets and pre-holiday preparation
  • Homes with hard-water marks, grout discoloration or kitchen grease build-up
  • Anyone who wants a baseline before starting a recurring plan

Questions

Deep cleaning questions

All frequently asked questions

How is this different from a standard clean?

A standard clean covers what you touch and see day to day. A deep clean adds the fixed detail — grout, tracks, frames, vents, baseboards, appliance interiors and hard-water build-up — and treats those as the main job rather than an extra.

Will a deep clean remove every stain?

No, and we would rather say so up front. Grout that has been discolored for years, etched stone, scratched glass and heat-damaged finishes are damage, not dirt. We will get them as clean as they can get and tell you plainly which is which.

Do I need a deep clean every time?

Most homes do not. One deep clean brings the property to a baseline, and standard or recurring visits hold it there. Plenty of households come back for a reset every spring, or every spring and fall, and nothing in between.

Can you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?

Yes. Both are available as part of a deep clean. Tell us in advance so the time is allowed for, and clear the refrigerator shelves you want us to reach.
