Cleaning results

Before and after, without the theatrics

Cleaning companies tend to show before-and-after photos taken from different angles, in different light, with the furniture rearranged. That is styling, not evidence.

What is below is three of our own jobs, each photographed from the same position before and after the visit. Nothing was moved for the camera and nothing was retouched.

A family kitchen before cleaning — counters covered with dishes, food packaging, papers and drinkware, and debris on the floor
The same kitchen after a cleaning visit — clear granite counters, polished stainless appliances, cleaned cabinet fronts and a clean floor
BeforeAfter
Drag the handle — or tap anywhere on the photograph, or focus it and use the arrow keys — to compare the same room before and after the visit.

The documented result

A family kitchen, one visit apart

An ordinary working kitchen in a lived-in home. Not a staged disaster, and not a show home afterwards — just the difference a proper visit makes.

The room itself did not change. The counters were cleared and cleaned, the appliances degreased and polished, the cabinet fronts wiped down and the floor taken back to the edges. Everything you can see in the second frame was already there.

This is what a deep clean covers

A second result

A rental kitchen, on the day the keys went back

A move-out clean is judged by somebody with a checklist. This one was photographed before the visit and again once the property was ready to be handed over.
A rental kitchen at the end of a lease — used dishes across the counters, open cabinets and a soiled floor
The same rental kitchen after a move-out clean — empty counters, cleaned appliance fronts and a mopped floor
The floor is what you notice first, but a walk-through starts with the appliances and the insides of the cabinets. Both were worked before anything else in the room was touched.

A third result

A bedroom that had got away from someone

Not a disaster — just a room that stopped being manageable, which is the state most people are actually in when they call.

The floor came back first: everything off the carpet, then vacuumed properly to the edges and under the bed rather than around it. The dresser and nightstand were cleared and cleaned, and the bed was stripped and made up fresh.

That last part is why the bedding is a different color in the second frame. It is the one visible change that is not simply dirt removed, and it is worth pointing at rather than leaving you to spot it.

What a standard visit covers
A bedroom before cleaning — unmade bed, laundry baskets and clothing across the carpet, and clutter on both the dresser and the nightstand
The same bedroom after a cleaning visit — bed made with fresh linen, floor cleared and vacuumed, dresser and nightstand clear
BeforeAfter
Drag the handle — or tap anywhere on the photograph, or focus it and use the arrow keys — to compare the same room before and after the visit.

Reading the result

What actually got worked

A clear counter is the obvious change. These are the parts that took the time.
Counters and island
Cleared, cleaned and dried. Granite worked right to the backsplash and along the edge profile, not just across the open middle.
Appliances
Refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher fronts degreased and polished. Handles and control panels are where fingerprints actually live.
Cabinet fronts
Wiped and degreased, including the doors either side of the range where cooking vapour collects and holds dust.
Sink and fixtures
Sink scrubbed, faucet and base descaled, drain cleaned, everything dried so it does not spot.
Floors
Vacuumed and mopped to the edges and into the corners, including under the toe-kick line and around the appliance feet.

Being straight about it

What a photograph cannot show you

Three documented results are three documented results. We are not going to pad this page with stock photography or with results from somebody else’s job — if we publish a before and after, it is one of ours, shot the same way.

It is also worth saying what cleaning does not do. Grout that has been discolored for years, etched stone, scratched glass, worn finishes and heat damage are damage rather than dirt, and no visit removes them. When we find that in a home, we tell you which is which instead of leaving you to wonder why one area still looks tired.

As we document more results across Frisco, they will appear here — photographed to the same standard.
