Cleaning Homes Around Frisco Square

Almost everything else on this site assumes a house with a driveway. The blocks around Frisco Square do not work like that, and neither does cleaning them.

Apartments above shopfronts, three-story townhomes with a garage underneath, and lofts reached by an elevator are the housing here. Each one changes the practical shape of a visit before a single surface gets touched.

Vertical living in a city of yards

A smaller home is not automatically a shorter job. Square footage falls, but the ratio of bathroom and kitchen to everything else rises, and those are the two rooms that take the longest per square foot in any property.

A one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a full bath can take as long as three bedrooms in a house where most of the extra space is carpet. So we price on that basis rather than on floor area. A quote for a loft here rarely looks like the number people expect, and the reason is always the same two rooms.

The other difference is storage. Less of it means more on show, and more on show means more to work around. That is a normal way to live in a compact home, and it is not something we treat as a problem, but it does affect how long a visit takes.

Elevators, loading bays and the twenty-minute problem

Getting equipment from a vehicle to a front door in a house takes about ninety seconds. In a building with controlled parking, a service elevator and a fob-access lobby it can take twenty minutes. Twice, because all of it has to come back out again at the end.

So we ask about it before the first visit rather than finding out. Where the vehicle can sit, whether the loading bay needs booking, which elevator we are allowed to use, and how a visitor fob works. Once that is known it stops costing anything.

What we actually meet here

Three things about these homes that change the visit

Not a sales list. These are the surfaces and habits that decide how long a clean takes and what it can honestly achieve.
  1. 01

    Balconies that count as outdoors

A balcony collects road grit and everything the wind brings off the plaza. It is not part of a standard interior visit, and it is a quick and worthwhile addition if you ask for it.

  2. 02

    Shared laundry and stacked units

A stacked washer and dryer in a closet has almost no room around it, and the lint and dust behind it are real. We pull what is safe to pull and we do not force anything plumbed in.

  3. 03

    Hard floor everywhere

Compact homes here are usually all hard flooring with a rug or two. Dust shows immediately on it, and so does a mop that carried too much water, so we work drier here than we would on tile in a family kitchen.

What people here ask for

Every service we run is available at this address. These are the three that come up.
The full list of services
  • Apartment Cleaning

Written for exactly this: a compact home where the kitchen and bathroom account for most of the work.

  • Townhome Cleaning

Three floors, a stair between each, and a garage at the bottom that behaves like an entryway.

  • Move-Out Cleaning

Leases turn over quickly around the Square. A deposit inspection has a fixed date that will not move for anybody, so the clean gets booked backwards from it.

Getting in

Access, parking and the first ten minutes

The part that goes wrong when nobody asks about it in advance.

Building access is the whole logistics question here. We need to know where a vehicle can legally sit, whether the loading bay or service elevator must be booked, and how we get through a fob-controlled lobby. Arranged once, it never has to be arranged again.

  • Fully insured and bonded
  • Background-checked cleaners
  • 24-hour satisfaction guarantee
  • Entry arrangements confirmed in writing before the first visit

Common questions

Asked about Frisco Square

Everything else we get asked

My apartment is small. Is there a minimum?

There is a practical floor to any visit. A kitchen and a bathroom take what they take, regardless of how much floor surrounds them. We quote a small home honestly rather than talking you into something larger, and if a visit every two weeks would serve you better than a weekly one we will say so.

Do you clean the inside of the fridge and oven?

Both are additions rather than part of a standard visit, and in a compact kitchen they are the two that most change how the room feels. Ask for them when you book so the time is allowed rather than borrowed from somewhere else.

Can you come while I am at work?

Yes, and most households here prefer it. We need a way in that your building permits, whether that is a lockbox, a fob left with a concierge or a code. Whatever it is, we confirm it in writing before the first visit.

One company, not a franchise map

This page exists because the homes here are genuinely different from the homes three miles away, not because a postal code makes a good heading. The same teams, the same office and the same guarantee cover every address on this site. If something on this page does not match your street, tell us and we will fix the page.
